Instructor, Mass Communication
Dudley C. Grady, Jr. is a native New Orleanian with a passion for education and developing young people. He received a bachelor's in Mass Communications, Public Relations from Xavier University of Louisiana and an MBA from Louisiana State University - Shreveport. He has more than ten years of experience in various fields of communications, including visual, strategic, and business communications. He is a PRSSA scholarship awardee and a recipient of Xavier University of Louisiana's 40 Under 40 Young Alumni Award. He began his career as the Associate Director of Enrollment Communications for the Recovery School District where he led local media campaigns and family engagement strategies for PreK - 12th grade student enrollment. Dudley currently serves as an administrator for NOLA Public Schools where he leads employee communications, recruitment, and workplace culture, and is pursuing his PhD in Educational Management. He is also the co-founder and director of RESET Camp, a nonprofit dedicated to serving inner-city students and leaders.
