Burnell Cotlon fshared his inspiring story Ellen shared on her show earlier this season. Burnell, a New Orleans native, opened his Lower Ninth Ward Market about two years ago to help his community after it was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Ellen knew about Burnell and his work, and how much he needed a car to make deliveries. In September, she gave him a new ride, along with washers and dryers for a new laundromat.
