Loyola Choral Festival

Dr. Meg Frazier conducts the Loyola Chorale in Holy Name of Jesus Church.

March 18-19, 2018

Festival Information

The Loyola Choral Festival brings together the talents of visiting singers, Loyola faculty, and guest clinicians to learn and enjoy music together. Interest sessions focus on skills that singers need/want to learn, while group rehearsals bring all singers together to rehearse and present a concert. There are also opportunities for singers to listen in concert sessions and for directors to participate in choral reading sessions.

These activities are most appropriate for high school and college students, although mature junior high students in grades 7 and 8 would be welcome, as well. The mini-recital, masterclass, and concert will require educated-adult concert etiquette.

Featured Guests

"America's acapella pride and joy," Chanticleer performs in Holy Name of Jesus Church.
