Executive Assistant to the Dean, Instructor- Digital Film Studies
Caleigh Flynn was born in Nebraska, raised in New York and Ohio, and graduated from Drexel University with a degree in screenwriting and playwriting. She moved to New Orleans in 2014, where she has been involved in a number of arts and film organizations and has worked with the New Orleans Film Society, most recently as their film festival office manager and membership assistant.
A former Marvel Studios research and development intern, Flynn worked in pre-production on films that include "The Avengers," "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," "Ant Man" and "Black Panther." She has also been a PA on such productions as "Geostorm," "Foxcatcher" and HBO Cinemax’s “Quarry” as an art department intern.
Flynn joined the College of Music and Media as an administrative assistant in fall 2017, moved to the SMC in summer 2018 and joined the Dean's office fall 2022.
