Caroline, or Change takes place in Lake Charles, Louisiana, centering around two families, one Jewish and one African American, as they navigate some of the greatest social movements of the 1960s. Change is knocking on the door, but change doesn’t come easy. The production of this award winning musical is the debut collaboration between Loyola University’s Department of Theatre Arts + Dance and JPAS, with music by the composer of Shrek The Musical and Fun Home.
